The Leader In You- Level One

For Newly Appointed, High Potential Gen - Y Emerging Leaders: 

In The Leader in You - Level One,  Executive Coach and Trainer, Juliette Robertson both teaches AND coaches high potential Gen-Y managers  a range of foundation management skills on which they can build their leadership. 


The program is split into two six week modules.

Module 1 is highly personal and insightful. Participants will learn how they are perceived by superiors, colleagues and staff by participating in an internal 360 survey. In addition, an external Emerging leader Survey provided by our partner Hudson Talent Management will help them understand:

  • What their leadership strengths are and what gaps they need to be aware of.
  • How their leadership style and skills measure up against other emerging leaders throughout Australia

During Module One, participants will also learn and practise the skills of Mindfullness,  Visualisation techniques and how to use the Power of Intention. They will write  their own personal Vision and Mission for the type of leader they want to become. They will learn about personality types, how to spot them and the the stages of team development

Module Two is highly practical.  Now the focus shifts to applying and practising important management skills with their team. Participants will learn and be coached on the following techniques through a series of weekly workplace assignments:

 Facilitation skills , Presentations skills, Planning skills, Report writing skills and how to lead a meeting.


By the end of the program, emerging leaders will be able to:

  • Use powerful Mindfulness, and Visualisation techniques to strengthen their professional focus and  resolve 
  • Set a clear Intention for key tasks, meetings, discussions, negotiations, even before entering the room
  • Write a clear Vision, Mission and Goals for their own leadership style 
  • Ask for constructive 360 feedback from superiors, colleagues and staff
  • Brainstorm strategies to improve their own performance
  • Understand and apply the stages of team development to their own team 
  • Facilitate a workshop and use a variety of techniques to draw out ideas
  • Make a presentation and tailor the content for the different learning styles in the room
  • Be able to effectively structure and write an action plan
  • Use reporting templates to improve their reporting to management
  • Know how to structure and run a meeting effectively



 Delivery is via our online portal where all materials are  stored, shared and discussed.
